Besides American Gods, Fuller has created shows such as Hannibal , Pushing Daisies, Dead Like Me, and Star Trek: Discovery (which he also left). Fuller is known for his visual style. He mixes the macabre with bright colors and makes violence almost beautiful. He even helped add an entirely new depth to the classic villain of Hannibal Lecter. With Fuller's romanticism of blood and ability to create complex and deliciously evil characters, there is no one better suited to help Rice bring her rich gothic horror to life. Just imagine the same sexual tension that existed between Hannibal (Mads Mikkelsen) and Will Graham (Hugh Dancy) in a portrayal of Louis and Lestat.
